She is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. Dr. Chang completed her sub-specialty fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, after which she served on its faculty as an Assistant Professor and Director of the Oocyte Donor Program.
She is an active member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, American Society of Reproductive Medicine, Oregon Medical Association, and Medical Society of Metropolitan Portland.
