  1. Maria says:

The staff at this fertility center is completely incapable. They will charge you quickly but then won’t follow through. They won’t get your records to you or your other doctor, they won’t get your prescriptions called in, and they won’t call you back.

  2. Tammy says:

I agree with you all the way.

  3. Diane says:

Same thing happened to me. Dr. Dinsay is only interested in making money. she makes promises then later on says she didn’t say that. She is unprofessional and insensitive.

  4. Diane says:

Same thing happened to me. I had to contact the california state medical board and report her for not giving up my medical records. Dr. Dinsay is only interested in making money. she makes promises then later on says she didn’t say that. She is unprofessional and insensitive.

  5. Michelle says:

Dr Dinsay has an awful bedside manner. Debbie and Jacklyn in her office will make you feel like they are listening, but expect all phone calls to come really late at night, so you’ll have to rush and take a shot! Also, there is NO followup. She does not care about her stats. If you do get pregnant, it will take many calls to get your doctor your medical records. It took me 29 weeks! You’ll also recieve bills from different lab companies, when you thought those labs were included in your payment to her. No matter how far I’d have to travel, I’d never go back to her. ALso, you wont be able to work while you see her, as she’ll call you in sometimes twice a day, so you can’t be discreet about it.

  6. Diane says:

michelle.. can you email me your email address? I would like to ask you some questions about this doctor because I think she ripped me off. (or anyone who feels the same way). Thanks, Diane

  7. Tammy says:

I too have had problems with this doctor and all of them there. Do you know what clinic she was fired from. They are nonresponsive to calls and evasive in person. Don’t do it and be caustious if you must go there. They suck.

  8. Michelle says:

I’m not sure that she was ever fired, but I know that she was practicing with Dr. Magarelli, but he moved to Colorado Springs.

  9. Alex says:

I agree with all that I’ve read. I do NOT recommend Dr. Roselyn Dinsay to anyone. She speaks to you kindly, but she is not professional. She read someone else’s results to me- she stated things about my medical background that were not true. She and her staff are very insensitive and seem to only be interested in $. They fail to inform you of what’s going on and the rationale for tests/procedures. She purposely billed a co. that is not affiliated with my insurance co, so that it comes out of my pocket. My insurance co. told me that “they know better.” My entire experience with Dr. Dinsay was extremely stressful and was also time consuming because I had to clean up the mess she created. DO NOT GO TO DR. DINSAY! There are better Dr’s out there who will treat you with care, sensitivity, and professionalism.

  10. Michelle says:

In my cycle I know 4 of us that got pregnant. 2 went into early labor, one had triplets die and one had another baby die. One of us lost a newborn and we are waiting on the other one to have her baby. None of these deaths are explained.

  11. Amy says:

Had a very good experience with Dr Dinsay. Caring, Understanding, Took the time to explain procedures. She has been very helpful in our journey of completing a family. Will definitely recommend to others. Disagree with other comments. She treated us with utmost professionalism, and sensitivity.

  12. Suzie says:

Dr. Dinsay is an awful and insensitive person. All she cares about is money-plain and simple! When you first meet her, she seems to care, but that’s only to suck you in, so that she can get your money. She recommends all these tests, but doesn’t let you know that results of any of them as you take them. My insurance company covered a few tests, but when I decided to go with a more qualified and professional doctor, she sent me a bill for over $500. She is incredibly deceitful. I recently found out that she implanted dead sperm, so that she could say that IVF didn’t work and she could charge you another fee to try again. Please don’t waste your time or money. If you go to Dr. Dinsay, I can promise you that you will be another person writing about your horrible experience with her and warning others not to go to her.

  13. Edit says:

They tell you that your insurance is fully covers procedure to go ahead with it, then send you a huge bill for $3,577. I had 4 IUI with dr. Dinsay, NONE of them worked! She is incompetent, office staff is unprofessional. Save your money and time and go elswhere where they know what they doing.

  14. Emily says:

My husband and I visited the Corona location for infertility treatments over a year ago. Dr. Dinsay has the poorest bedside manner I have ever experienced. She is not a certified endocrinologist, and BS’s her way through the process. She once told me I needed a surgery that she had completed for me not one week prior. When we received treatments, scheduling with her was nearly impossible, the nurses ended up prescribing the volume of medication I was to take because she wouldn’t, and I witnessed other patients who were over-medicated and therefore wasted an entire cycle and the money to pay for it. Our treatment was unsuccessful and because of the bad taste it left, we will not consider going back for treatment by anyone. We are $20,000 poorer and now have a huge lack of faith in the medical community with respect to infertility.

  15. Emily says:

Wait…Suzie…HOW IS THAT NOT A MALPRACTICE SUIT????? Are you kidding me?

  16. Ann says:

Dr Dinsay has a terrible bedside manner. She comes across as bumbling and not very knowledgeable. You’ll also receive bills from different lab companies, when you thought those labs were included in your payment to her. They told us many times that our insurance would cover procedures, we would go ahead with them, and then over 9 months later we started getting large bills for these procedures. Apparently, they did not ask for complete insurance information, so they didn’t submit claims and then asked us to pay the bills over 9 months after the services were performed. None of our procedures worked. I would highly advise you to steer clear of Dr. Dinsay. There are plenty of other much more qualified doctors out there.

  17. Monica says:

Well I’m so shocked reading all these comments we did an iui in dec. Of 2020 service was ok. We were blessed with ababy girl. My complint was that she sent me to specific pharmacies and labs. She did request a couple test that were not necessary and I refused to do. They Did try to rip me off but after months of back and forward they admited their mistake in billing. If i would of not Been as careful they would of gotten me for almost a thousand dollars!!!!

  18. Monica says:

    Meant 2010! Sorry… :)
