After failed three IVF cycles in two other programs in town, my husband and I were thrilled to have a healthy baby girl through IVF at Cooper Institute. We are now going through another IVF to get our second baby. Dr. Chuong is very knowledgeable and has good bedside manner. He is honest and sincere that he gave us all the treatment options with success rates, time commitment and costs, and allowed us to make the final decision. He is a real doctor caring for his patients from his heart, and definitely not a businessman. I will recommend him, Dr. Yang, the embryologist, Dr. Farmer, the IVF coordinator and his most caring and professional staff to all my families and staff without any reservation. This is an excellent facility offering world-class services with top notch success and unbelievably low costs.
We want to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks for everything Dr. Chuong did for us on our journey to try to become parents. Our journey has been long, fifteen years, with numerous ups and down, but thank to Dr. Chuong’s expertise, encouragement, guidance, and all of the support and help from his wonderful staff, the journey ended with success. It is still hard for us to believe that we are parents. We knew the outcome could have gone either way. However, if our IVF journey had not been successful, we would have had known in our hearts that Dr. Chuong and his entire staff had done everything that could have been done for us. In the end, we would either have the miracle that we have been praying such a long time for or the closure we needed to have in our life. We can’t say thank you enough for everything. We wish the best for Dr. Chuong and his entire staff as they continue to help couples hear those magical words “Congratulations! You are pregnant”.
After many challenges, and difficulties on both sides, Dr. Chuong assisted us with conceiving our beautiful and healthy children. A special recognition to his amazing IVF specialist, Lynn.
The doctor gave us a very high hope by saying that we had high percentage of getting pregnant by IVF. We do have health insurance but our health insurance does not cover for IVF and medication. We pays more than $15,000 for medication and IVF. We did want to go for another doctor at first because his staff is unfriendly but we stayed because the doctor gave us big hope. But we found that it was just a false hope after failed IVF. We were so devastated because we lost a small treasure, faith and hope to walk out empty handed. We wish doctors at IVF centers should not give their patients false hope just to get money in their pockets. They need to tell their patients the truth about IVF. IVF does not work all the time. You maybe lucky on the first try, but most patients lost lots of money for many failed IVF cycles before getting pregnant.
I went to Dr. Chuong office not knowing what to expect. We did back to back IUI and became pregnant the first time but had a chemical pregnancy. Then Dr. Chuong suggested IVF because of my age and I was so unsure but 9 months later and the birth of my son I am very confident in his professional opioion. Even my time with him did not result in a child I would still recommend him. He explained that the road may be long and that there was a percentage that IVF would not work but he did everything in his power to make work. He called me after hours while monitoring my lab values, he did ET on Sunday, returned all my calls personally. I would recommmend him to everybody and I am currenlty going through my second round of IVF after an natural BFP that endend up ectopic.
I went to two doctors in the North Texas area and neither one showed they really cared. I felt like just a number. Dr. Chuong however is is very very very thorough, knowledgeable and caring. He is very cautious and likes to take any extra steps just to be safe. I did IVF and now I am 5 months pregnant with twin girls. The front desk is not the most organized, but Dr. Chuong always knew my file to the “T”. We drove 5 hours several times and it was all worth it. He didn’t release me till I was nearly 13 weeks pregnant by constantly testing me and doing sonograms. My doctor that took over at 13 wks was very impressed on how closely he monitored me with all the tests & monitoring he did. Thank you Dr. Chuong!! Our dream of becoming parents is now a reality
We always wanted a baby, but always failed. I met Dr. Chuong since the end of 2008, he was patient and knowledgeable, but I thought IVF was a dream for me at that time. Later I visited several doctors, in 2010 we back to Dr. Chuong again, comparing with other doctors, we trusted Dr. Chuong more. Then we started our IVF journey …..so many testings, I was guided by Dr. Chuong and his excellent staffs—I was pregnant! It was my 1st IVF and it is sucessful, now my sweet heart could calls me mom in her 8 monthes old. We are greatly appreciated what Dr. Chuong and his staffs have done for our family, they totally changed our life.
